If I prefer a corn muffin less crumbly, what steps should I take?

Corn muffins are naturallyl crumbly.  We can suggest adding one of the following:  2 tablespoons yogurt, 2 tablespooons mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons cream cheese or 1 tablespoon oil.
