Hush Puppies
(20-24 Small Hush Puppies)
- 1 pkg. "JIFFY" Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- frying oil
Preheat deep fryer oil to 375°.
Stir all ingredients until well mixed. Drop by teaspoon into hot oil and fry 4 minutes (2 minutes on each side). Drain and serve.
