Easy Coconut Cookies

- 1 pkg. "JIFFY" Pie Crust Mix
- 1 pkg. "JIFFY" White Frosting Mix
- 1 egg
- 1-1/2 cups shredded coconut
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine all ingredients and blend well. Roll into 1" balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes.
