Drop Pineapple Cookies

Cookie
- 3 pkgs. "JIFFY" Bran with Dates Muffin Mix
- 1 can (8-1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple, un-drained
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Frosting
- 1 pkg. "JIFFY" White Frosting Mix
- 3 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
- 2-3 Tbsp. milk
Preheat oven to 350°, grease baking sheet.
Using large saucepan, combine pineapple, margarine or butter and cream cheese. Heat until melted. Stir in remaining ingredients and blend well. Drop by tablespoon onto prepared baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Combine frosting ingredients and beat until smooth. Frost cooled cookies.
