Cashew Cherry Cookies

- 2 pkgs. (8 oz.) "JIFFY" Buttermilk Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup margarine or butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 pkg. vanilla milk chips
- 1-1/2 cups dried cherries
- 1 cup cashews, lightly salted
Preheat oven to 375°.
Blend together sugar, brown sugar and margarine or butter. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until smooth. In separate bowl, combine pancake mix and flour. Add to creamed mixture and stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by rounded teaspoonful on un-greased baking sheet. Bake 11-14 minutes or until golden brown.
