Corn Cake
(12-15 Servings)
- 1 pkg. "JIFFY" Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 pkg. "JIFFY" Golden Yellow Cake Mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
Preheat oven to 350°, grease 13"x9" pan.
Combine all ingredients and blend well. Pour into prepared pan and bake 15-20 minutes.
