Blueberry Corn Muffins
(15 Muffins)
- 1 pkg. "JIFFY" Blueberry Muffin Mix
- 1 pkg. "JIFFY" Corn Muffin Mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1-1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Preheat oven to 400°, grease muffin pan or use paper liners.
Combine dry ingredients. Add eggs, sour cream, apple juice and mix until blended. Stir in blueberries. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full with mix. Bake 20-25 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack 10 minutes before removing from pan.
