Blueberry Coffee Cake
(6-9 Servings)
Batter
- 1 pkg. "JIFFY" Blueberry Muffin Mix
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. melted shortening or oil
Topping
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
Preheat oven to 350°, grease 8" square pan.
For topping, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and nuts. Blend in margarine or butter until crumbly. Set aside. Combine batter ingredients and mix well. Spread in prepared pan. Sprinkle topping over batter. Bake 20-22 minutes. Serve warm.
