"JIFFY" Puddin’ Cake

(9 - 12 Servings)

Preheat oven to 350°F.  Grease and flour an 8” square pan.

Combine all ingredients.  Beat on medium for 3 minutes.  Pour batter into pan.  Bake 35 - 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.  Cool 5 - 10 minutes and remove from pan.  Cool completely and frost with "JIFFY" Frosting mix or serve with whipped topping.
