Fruit Biscuits

(10 - 12 Biscuits)


Preheat oven to 450°F.  Grease a baking sheet.

Combine buttermilk and sugar.  Stir in biscuit mix and fruit.  Using a large spoon, drop about 1/4 cup of batter per biscuit onto baking sheet.  Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until lightly browned.  Let cool for 1 minute before removing to cooling rack.  Top with cream cheese frosting.
