Coconut Pecan Brownies

(12-15 Servings)

  • 3 pkgs. "JIFFY" Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) coconut pecan frosting
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°.  Grease bottom only of 13"x9"pan.

Combine brownie mix, water, oil and eggs, blend well.  Add frosting and sour cream, mixing well.  Spread batter into prepared pan.  Sprinkle pecans and chocolate chips evenly over top.  Bake 42-47 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.  Cool completely before cutting.
