Creamy Brownie

Brownie

  • 3 pkgs. "JIFFY" Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Topping

  • 3 pkgs. "JIFFY" White Frosting Mix
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350°, grease 13"x9" baking pan.

Blend cream cheese with frosting mix until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well and set aside. Mix together brownie mix, eggs, water and oil. Blend until moist, do not beat. Fold in pecans and chocolate chips. Spread batter into prepared pan. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over brownie mixture. Bake 45-50 minutes. Refrigerate and chill completely before cutting.
