Bee Hives
(6-8 Muffins)
- 1 pkg. "JIFFY" Bran with Dates Muffin Mix
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 400°, grease muffin pan (do not use paper liners).
Cream brown sugar, margarine or butter and honey together. Coat inside of muffin cups with mixture. Blend remaining ingredients together. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Fill muffin cups half full. Bake 15-17 minutes. Remove immediately and invert on serving plate.
