Chocolate Raspberry Muffins
(6-8 Muffins)
- 1 pkg. "JIFFY" Chocolate Muffin Mix
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam
Preheat oven to 400°, grease muffin pan or use paper liners.
Combine muffin mix, egg, oil and milk. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Spoon batter into prepared muffin pan. Place one teaspoon of raspberry jam in center of each. Top with nuts (optional). Bake 13-15 minutes.
