Easy Chocolate Pie
(9-12 Servings)
Crust
- 1 pkg. "JIFFY" Oatmeal Cookie Mix
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
Filling
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 container (8 oz.) whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine crust ingredients until well mixed. Press into bottom and up sides of 9" pie pan. Bake 6-8 minutes. Set aside to cool. Beat cream cheese, cocoa, powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping and spoon into prepared crust. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
