Strawberry Nut Bread
(2 Small Loaves or 1 Large Loaf)
- 2 cups "JIFFY" Baking Mix
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 3/4 cup mashed strawberries
Preheat oven to 350°, grease loaf pan.
Combine baking mix, sugar, sour cream, oil, egg, pudding and baking powder. Mix well. Fold in nuts and strawberries. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 35-37 minutes.
