Banana Muffin Bread
(1 Loaf)
- 1 pkg. "JIFFY" Banana Muffin Mix
- 2 Tbsp. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp. milk
Preheat oven to 350°, grease 7-1/2"x3-1/2" loaf pan.
Blend ingredients together. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 30-35 minutes. Remove from pan and cool.
