Banana Surprise Cookies
(15-18 Cookies)
- 1 pkg. "JIFFY" Banana Muffin Mix
- 3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 24 chocolate candy kisses
- 24 walnut pieces
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine muffin mix, margarine or butter and milk. Mixture will be crumbly. Press 1 rounded teaspoon of mixture around each chocolate candy kiss. Place on ungreased baking sheet and press one walnut piece on top of each cookie. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from baking sheet and cool.
