Berry Tarts
(18 Mini-Tarts)
- 1 pkg. "JIFFY" Banana Muffin Mix
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 can (21 oz.) strawberry pie filling
- 1 container (16 oz.) whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 350°, grease mini-muffin pan.
Blend together muffin mix, oil and water. Roll onto floured surface. Cut into 2-1/2" rounds. Press each round into mini-muffin cups. Bake 12-15 minutes. Cool. Fill with pie filling and top with whipped topping.
Variation: Substitute "JIFFY" Oatmeal Muffin Mix in place of "JIFFY" Banana Muffin Mix.
