Quick Pudding Cake

(12-16 Servings)

  • 1 cup "JIFFY" Buttermilk Biscuit Mix
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 can (14oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup chocolate syrup (divided)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup hot water

Preheat oven to 375°, grease 9" square pan.

Combine biscuit mix and cocoa; stir in 1 cup sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and 1/4 cup chocolate syrup until well blended. Pour into prepared pan. Combine remaining sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 cup chocolate syrup and hot water. Pour carefully over top of batter. Bake 25-30 minutes.

Suggestion: If desired, top with ice cream or whipped topping.
