Sweet & Spicy Barbeque Cups
(16-18 servings)
- 1 pkg. "JIFFY" Buttermilk Biscuit Mix
- 1 pkg. "JIFFY" Pizza Crust Mix
- 1 cup warm water
- 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375°, grease muffin pan.
Brown ground beef and drain. Stir in ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, chili powder, garlic powder, minced onion, Worcestershire sauce and black pepper. In separate bowl, combine biscuit mix, pizza crust mix and warm water. Knead to soft dough. Pat or roll out to 1/4" thickness. Using 2-1/2" cutter, cut dough, place in muffin cups and press dough up sides. Fill with beef mixture and bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake 3 minutes longer.
