Toffee Pie
(9-12 Servings)
Crust
- 1 pkg. "JIFFY" Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 5 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
Filling
- 1-1/2 cups half and half
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 8 oz. whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup chocolate toffee bits
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine crust ingredients until well blended. Press into bottom and up sides of 9" pie pan. Bake 6-8 minutes. Set aside and cool. Beat half and half with pudding. Fold in whipped topping. Fold in toffee bits and spoon into prepared crust. Freeze two hours or overnight. Let stand 25-30 minutes before serving.
