Quick and Easy Chocolate Cookies
(10-12 Cookies)
- 1 pkg. "JIFFY" Chocolate Muffin Mix
- 3 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°, grease 13"x9". Mix margarine or butter and peanut butter together. Add sugar and beat until creamy. Add egg, blend well. Add muffin mix and chocolate chips. Mix well. Drop by tablespoonful on baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes.
