Apple Crisp
(12-15 Servings)
- 2 pkgs. "JIFFY" Golden Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 lb. Granny Smith Apples
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 350°. Peel, core and slice apples. Arrange in bottom of 13"x9" pan. Combine sugar and cinnamon then sprinkle over top of apples. Blend together remaining ingredients and spread over apple mixture. Bake 45 minutes or until apples are tender. If desired, serve warm with ice cream or whipped topping.
