Raisin Oatmeal Muffins

(10-12 Muffins)

  • 1 pkg. "JIFFY" Oatmeal Muffin Mix
  • 3/4 cup "JIFFY" Baking Mix
  • 3 Tbsp. instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 egg

Preheat oven to 400°, grease muffin pan or use paper liners.

Combine all dry ingredients and blend well. Set aside. Mix together vanilla, buttermilk, oil and egg; add to dry ingredients, blending well. Pour into prepared muffin pan. Bake 18-20 minutes.
