Oatmeal Pancakes
(10-12 Pancakes)
- 1 pkg. "JIFFY" Oatmeal Muffin Mix
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk or water
Blend ingredients. If batter thickens, add additional tablespoon liquid. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
Cook on hot griddle. Griddle is hot when a few drops of water dance on surface. Turn when bubbles appear and edges begin to dry.
