Recipes: Pizza Crust Mix

  • 1 pkg. "JIFFY" Pizza Crust Mix
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
  • 2 pkgs. (2 oz.) sliced corned beef, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, rinsed and drained (pat dry with paper towel

Preheat oven to 425°.  Lightly grease baking sheet.  Prepare pizza crust as directed on package and add garlic powder.  Cover and let stand 5 minutes in a warm place.  Combine mayonnaise, mustard and caraway seeds.  Add corned beef, cheese and sauerkraut blending well.  Set aside.  Knead dough on floured surface until stiff.  Roll to 14"x10" rectangle.  Cover with corned beef mixture to within 1" from edge.  Roll up dough jelly-roll style and pinch edges to seal.  Place on prepared baking sheet seam-side down.  Bake 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.  Let stand 10 minutes.  Cut into 1 inch slices.
