Pumpkin Bars

Crust
- 2 pkgs. "JIFFY" Sugar Cookie Mix
- 1-1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened
- 1 egg
Filling
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (14 oz.) pumpkin
- 1-1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350°, grease half sheet pan.
Combine crust ingredients. Mixture will be crumbly. Press into bottom of prepared pan. Set aside. Mix filling ingredients until well blended. Pour mixture over crust. Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool and cut.
