Peanut Butter Chippers
(20-24 Cookies)
- 1 pkg. "JIFFY" Sugar Cookie Mix
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
Preheat oven to 375°.
Cream margarine or butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, vanilla and egg. Add cookie mix and blend well. Stir in chocolate and peanut butter chips. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
