Shortbread Cookies
(18-20 Cookies)
- 1 pkg. "JIFFY" Sugar Cookie Mix
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine ingredients and blend well. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes.
