- 1 pkg. "JIFFY" Sugar Cookie Mix
- 2 Tbsp. instant lemon pudding mix
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine all ingredients until blended. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 9-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
