Frozen Peanut Butter Pie
(9-12 Servings)
Crust
- 1 pkg. "JIFFY" Sugar Cookie Mix
- 6 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
Filling
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1-1/4 cups peanut butter
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 container (16 oz.) whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine crust ingredients and blend well. Press into bottom and up sides of 9" pie pan. Bake 6-8 minutes. Set aside and cool. Beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in half of whipped topping and spoon into prepared crust. Top with remaining whipped topping. Freeze for 2 hours or overnight. Let stand for 25-30 minutes before serving.
