Apple Oatmeal Glazed Cookies

(18-24 Cookies)

Cookie

  • 1 pkg. "JIFFY" Oatmeal Muffin Mix
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1-3/4 cups apple, chopped
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Glaze

  • 1 pkg. "JIFFY" White Frosting Mix
  • 3 Tbsp. boiling water

Preheat oven to 350°, great baking sheet.

Combine all cookie ingredients, blend well. Drop by tablespoon on prepared baking sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes, until lightly browned. For glaze, thoroughly blend frosting mix and boiling water. Drizzle over cookies.
