Pizza Crust

(One 12" or 14" Crust)

  • 1-1/2 cups "JIFFY" Baking Mix or Buttermilk Biscuit Mix
  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • 1 pkg. active dry yeast

Preheat oven to 425°.  Grease a 12" or 14" pan.  Combine all ingredients and mix well.  Let dough stand for 5 minutes. Grease fingers and press dough on bottom and sides of pan.  Dough may be shaped into a 14"x10" rectangle on a greased baking sheet. Bake 5 minutes.  Remove from oven.  Top with your favorite toppings.  Bake an additional 15-18 minutes.
