Shortcakes

(5 - 6 Shortcakes)


Preheat oven to 450°F.   

Combine ingredients to make a soft dough.  On floured surface, knead 2 – 3 times.  Roll or pat out to 1/2” thick.  Cut with 3” floured cutter.  Bake on ungreased baking sheet 10 - 12 minutes.  Serve warm with fruit and whipped cream.
