Recipes: Buttermilk Biscuit Mix
Country Biscuits
(12-14 Biscuits)
- 2 pkgs. "JIFFY" Buttermilk Biscuit Mix
- 2/3 cup wheat germ
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated low fat milk
Preheat oven to 450°.
Combine biscuit mix, wheat germ and flour. Stir in milk to make a soft dough. Turn dough onto floured surface, knead 10 times. Roll into 1/2" thickness. Cut with 2-1/2" cutter and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes.
