Recipes: Fudge Brownie Mix

Chocolate Sour Cream Layer

  • 1 pkg. "JIFFY" Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 3 oz. chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Peanut Butter Layer

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 oz. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°, grease 9"square pan.

Blend together brownie mix, 3 oz. chocolate chips, sour cream and walnuts. Spread mixture into prepared pan. Blend together peanut butter, sugar and margarine or butter. Add eggs and beat until smooth. Add flour and chocolate chips; mix well. Pour peanut butter mixture over chocolate mixture. Bake 35-45 minutes. Cool and serve.
