Recipes: White Cake Mix
Peanut Butter Chip Cookies
(50-60 Cookies)
- 2 pkgs. "JIFFY" White Cake Mix
- 4 Tbsp. instant vanilla pudding
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup margarine or butter, softened
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375°.
Combine cake mixes with instant pudding. Add water, margarine or butter, peanut butter and eggs. Blend until smooth; add chocolate chips and blend well. Drop by tablespoon, about 2 inches apart, onto un-greased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes.
