Recipes: Pie Crust Mix
Peanut Butter Cups
(35-40 cookies)
- 1 pkg. "JIFFY" Pie Crust Mix
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 35-40 mini peanut butter cup candies
Preheat oven to 350°, grease mini muffin pans.
Combine pie crust mix, brown sugar, peanut butter and egg. Mix well. Roll dough into 1/2" balls and press into bottom of prepared mini muffin pans. Bake 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and place peanut butter cup candies in the center of each cookie. Cool slightly before removing from pan.
