Recipes: Buttermilk Biscuit Mix
Sausage Wraps
(30 Appetizers)
- 1 pkg. "JIFFY" Buttermilk Biscuit Mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
- 4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) precooked sausage links
Preheat oven to 375°.
Mix biscuit mix and water; blend to make dough. On lightly floured surface, roll to 10"x8" rectangle and brush with margarine or butter. Mix together cheese and oregano; sprinkle over butter. Cut dough into 3"x2" rectangles and place sausage in middle of dough. Wrap each sausage and place on baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and cut each sausage into 3 pieces for appetizers.
