Waffles

(Seven, 7" Round Waffles)

2 cups "JIFFY" Baking Mix
1-1/4 cups milk
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. shortening, melted

Heat waffle iron. Beat all ingredients until blended. Bake on hot waffle iron until steaming stops.
