Creative Strategist – Foodservice

The Creative Strategist for Foodservice leads the development and execution of marketing strategies tailored to the Foodservice segment. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on creative execution, including the design of marketing collateral, digital content, and event materials. The position collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with segment priorities and industry trends.

The goal of this position is to raise brand awareness and engage followers in meaningful & impactful ways.

This position requires:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience in a similar role will also be considered
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and design
  • Preferred experience in videography with editing and/or photography to support independent creation of multimedia content for campaigns, events, and digital platforms
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and digital platforms
  • Experience managing and updating website content using a CMS (WordPress preferred), with a focus on user experience and brand consistency
  • Experience creating and analyzing email marketing campaigns, including performance tracking and optimization
  • Strong understanding of Foodservice industry dynamics and audience needs
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and working with external partners
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills
