Millwright

The position is responsible for maintaining optimum functionality for plant equipment and systems by performing inspections, completing preventive maintenance measures, and repairing and modifying equipment and systems. Includes repair and maintenance of industrial machinery, plumbing, sheet metal work, welding, carpentry, and cement work.

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance required on various types of equipment, to include:

• pneumatic transfer equipment
• ingredient dump stations
• ingredient bulk storage and delivery systems
• mixing systems
• computerized mixing systems
• automated conveyors and palletizers
• bulk oil storage/transfer systems

qualifications:

Candidates must demonstrate the following qualifications.

• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3 years of general maintenance experience in areas such as: hydraulics, pneumatics, machine troubleshooting / repair, welding, and fabrication.

The following physical activities are required for this position:

• Frequent lifting and carrying of objects up to 50 lbs. regularly and 100 lbs. occasionally
• Standing for long periods of time
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and sitting.
• Occasional reaching, climbing, pushing, and pulling.
• Arm-Hand Steadiness
• The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)
• Working/climbing at heights
• Working outside in cold winter and hot summer conditions

Pay: $33.60 per hour
