"JIFFY" Chocolate Fudge

(12 - 16 Servings)


Butter a 9” x 5” loaf pan.

In a saucepan, combine frosting mix and water. Boil over medium heat for 3 minutes or until small amount of mixture dropped in very cold water forms a soft ball. Remove from heat; add chocolate chips and vanilla. Blend until chocolate melts. Stir in nuts (optional). Pour into pan. Cool completely before cutting.
