Cream Cheese Biscuits made with “JIFFY” Baking Mix.
Yields: 10 - 12 Biscuits
Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut cream cheese and butter into baking mix with pastry cutter. Add milk. Mix by hand until just combined.
On floured surface, knead 2 – 3 times. Roll or pat out to 3/4” thick rectangle. Cut into squares. Place on baking sheet.
Bake 10 – 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
