Yields: 15 - 18 Rolls
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a baking sheet.
Stir cake mix and yeast together in a large bowl, or the bowl of an electric mixer. Add salt and warm water. Gradually beat in flour until dough is no longer sticky. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Punch down dough and divide into dinner-roll size pieces. Roll to smooth the edges. Place on baking sheet. Brush with butter. Cover and let rise 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Bake 18 - 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
