Yields: 9 - 12 Servings
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease an 8” square pan.
Stir together muffin mix, cayenne pepper, jalapeño peppers, and cheese.
Add milk and egg. Batter will be slightly lumpy. (For maximum crown, let batter rest for 3 or 4 minutes, stir lightly before filling pan.)
Pour batter into pan. Bake 16 – 20 minutes or until golden brown.
