High Altitude over 3500 ft:

“JIFFY” Corn Muffin Mix (8.5 oz)
“JIFFY” Honey Corn Muffin Mix (8.5 oz)
“JIFFY” Vegetarian Corn Muffin Mix (8.5 oz)

Increase the baking temperature from 400°F to 425°F. To the 8.5 oz package add an additional 2 Tbsp. flour and 2 Tbsp. milk to the package instructions.

“JIFFY” Corn Muffin Mix (40 oz)

Increase the baking temperature from 400°F to 425°F. For the whole box recipe, add ½ cup flour and an additional 1/8 cup milk. When making the “Little Blue Box Recipe”, add 1½ Tbsp. flour and 1½ Tbsp. milk to each 1½ cups of mix.

“JIFFY” Yellow Cake Mix (9 oz)

Increase the baking temperature from 350°F to 375°F. To the 9 oz package, add an additional 1½ Tbsp. flour and 1½ Tbsp. water to the package instructions.

No change to the baking temperature. Per box of mix add an additional 2 Tbsp. flour and 2 Tbsp. required liquid for the recipe to the package instructions.

“JIFFY” Buttermilk Pancake Mix (32 oz)

No change to the baking temperature. Add 1 Tbsp. flour and 1 Tbsp. required liquid for each 1 cup of mix used.
