Human Resources Administrator
The HR Administrator will help provide efficient, accurate, and confidential administrative support to the human resources team in the area of benefits administration while also performing additional functions for the VP of HR and HR Manager. The HR Administrator should be well versed in Medicare, Medicaid, S.S. Administration and will back up the Payroll Administrator as needed.
This position requires:
- College degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
- 5+ years of experience preferred
- Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Good attendance record. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of employee medical leaves i.e. workers compensation, and STD.
- Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and S.S. Administration
- UKG HRIS software experience preferred.
- Discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
