Yields: 9 - 12 Servings
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8” square pan.
Combine muffin mixes, flour, and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil. Mix well.
Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
Stir in apples. Pour into pan.
Bake 35 – 40 minutes.
